This is a USA Environmental Protection Agency Approved Product Technology since 1976. Its applications span Medical Garments, Clear Room Garments, Air filters, Carpet Treatments in offices, homes, hotels, consumer products like textiles, kitchen sponge, shoes and touch screen. AEGIS Antimicrobials has found many applications like Gypsum Board, Tiles, Industrial fabrics and also it is non-leachable, non-mutation, non-adaptation hence no super bugs are formed to harm human and the environment. AEGIS has found applications in intimate garments like Underwear and Wound Management fabrics as it is hypoallergenic. AEGIS provides surface treated with durability as long as the surface is maintained, exposed and not damaged. It is resistant to UV and heat, multiple washings and bleaches. AEGIS has also found applications in Coatings. Consumers can therefore apply AEGIS containing Top Coat to protect surfaces against molds, fungus, bacteria, and AEGIS has been tested to be effective against viruses. |
